I have spent 20 years in the UK housing sector working for some tremendous Architectural practices working up to Associate level. I am used to running large residential projects, managing teams and engaging with consultants to coordinate and produce high-quality technical design information.

I've always had "a thing" about using the most up to date software and drawing techniques. In many ways, this has allowed me to continuously evaluate how I work, leading to more efficient workflows and improved presentation techniques.

Phillip is a Chartered Architectural Technologist MCIAT with over 13 years' experience in architecture and construction.

His planning and technical knowledge and understanding of the construction process has helped him to deliverer multiple projects ranging from single high-end bespoke house to large scale Mixed use schemes.

Areas of expertise include residential, mixed-use, retail, educational and healthcare.
